Elizabeth is Rocking with Skinny Fiber


This is Elizabeth.

"11 months on skinny fiber. I still don't feel like I look! I haven't weighted for over a month but last time I had lost between 15-20 lbs. double checked my measurements and realized I have come an amazing way from where I was! 27.75 inches gone!! I haven't been able to stick to a diet for many reasons but I do try to eat as healthy as I can and try to limit my sugar but still not as well as I should! I rarely eat bread, pasta or potatoes or white rice. I stick mostly with fruits, vegetables and meats. I try not to eat to much processed foods and rarely ever eat fast food and when I do I either get a salad or a chicken or turkey sandwich. But other than that I take my skinny fiber and try to drink as much water as I can!! If I can do it with just slight diet changes you would be amazed at how far you could go!!"
