The Pic in the green tank top is when I started Skinny Fiber January 5, 2013.
I started Skinny Fiber January 5, 2013 after having chest pains when walking short distances. I have been overweight most of my life and now at 54 years old it was catching up to me. I had tried so many things to help me lose weight and paid so much money, I thought what is one more?
My before pictures were an eye-opener. My husband took them and I think we both had a reality check. I was very large! I had a friend post a picture of me on Facebook that she had taken 2 months earlier and it was just as bad. My thyroid was bad and I had been put on meds, but it didn’t help as much as I had hoped. I work nights and am chronically sleep deprived, so I had no metabolism to help me.
After one year, I am still taking Skinny Fiber. I am down from a size 16 pants to a 7-9 depending on the style. I have lost 44 pounds and I feel so much better. I am sleeping better, my thyroid medication has been reduced and my sweet husband bought me some cute new clothes!
Slow, sustainable weight loss is the key to keeping it off! I have lost about 4 pounds a month and I am not giving up my Skinny Fiber. I still have some work to do… but it is within my reach to have a great, healthy body!
