"I haven't updated in awhile, as I fall behind a little bit over the holidays, but I have started the New Year with an even bigger emphasis on my health and especially my weight. My struggle hasn't been easy since being diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis and then Crohn's disease. The long-term steroids wreaked havoc on my weight and overall mobility. I now have energy I have never known since starting Skinny Fiber!
As of today, 1/24/2014, I have lost a total of 42 pounds and 49 inches!!! I have recently come off one of my Crohn's medications and my hypertension medication. The changes in my life have been enormous!! All my clothes are falling off of me and it's time to go shopping!!!
